These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website (the “Site”) and any inquiry or reservation you make through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations,
- interfere with the Site’s security or functionality, or
- attempt to access areas or systems you are not authorized to access.
We may suspend or block access to the Site if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
4) Reservations and Third-Party Booking Platform
Reservations may be processed through a third-party booking engine (including Cloudbeds). When you book, you may also be subject to:
- the booking platform’s terms and policies, and
- the specific reservation terms shown during checkout (including rates, taxes/fees, deposit requirements, cancellation rules, and any Property rules presented during the booking flow).
If there is a conflict between these Site Terms and the reservation terms presented at checkout, the checkout/reservation terms control for that booking.
5) Rates, Availability, and Content Accuracy
- Rates and availability shown on the Site are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.
- We try to keep Site information accurate (room details, amenities, photos, descriptions), but content may change without notice and may not always reflect the latest conditions.
- Images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact room or view.
6) Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation windows/fees, and no-show rules are disclosed during booking and/or in your reservation confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing a reservation.
7) Guest Responsibilities and Property Rules
Stays at the Property may require compliance with rules communicated during booking, check-in, on-site signage, or in your confirmation (for example: maximum occupancy, smoking policies, quiet hours, parking, pets, events, and safety rules).
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a stay, or remove a guest when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or to protect the Property, staff, and other guests, subject to applicable law and the reservation terms.
8) Children and Minors
If minors access the Site or stay at the Property, a parent/guardian is responsible for their supervision and conduct at all times.
9) Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services (including booking, maps, analytics, or other tools). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content (text, photos, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

- any booking made through the Site or a third-party booking engine.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

By using the Site and/or making a reservation, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in those policies and, where applicable, by third-party providers used for reservations, analytics, and communications.
